We do ship to Canada for $25! For orders over $175, we will ship to Canada for free! Heads up, you may still need to work out any necessary customs duties or fees.
Are you based elsewhere? Email us! We would still LOVE to ship to you, and can usually accomodate these requests on a case by case instance.
All orders are usually processed and packaged in Brooklyn, New York unless they are shipped directly from the vendor, which will be noted on the product page.

If you ordered multiple items, they could be arriving separately! Some items ship directly from the vendors, in which case you may receive multiple deliveries.
If you don't find it there try checking with your doorman / landlord / helpful roommate to see if they have seen it.
While we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit we can definitely help track it down so please shoot us an email and we'll see what we can do!
If you aren’t happy with your order for any reason you can return your item(s) in the original condition and packaging with a valid proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited inventory, but will be granted when possible. To start a return please email us and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to send your item(s) back!
Please check out our full refund policy for all of the details on returns and exchanges. We do charge an $8 shipping / restocking fee for all refunds to our original payment method but we waive that fee if you decide to get your refund as store credit.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
You may exchange sale items 14 days from original delivery date for store credit, but they may not be returned for a full refund. After 14 days, sale items will be final sale.
Merchandise purchased during a sitewide sale or on sale, are eligible for exchange or store credit only, but may not be returned for a refund.

Oh no! We’re so sorry about that!! If you have a damaged or defected item, email us with a photo of the damage and your order number.
We know online shopping can be tricky for fit and sizing, especially if you haven’t shopped one of our amazing brands before.

We will honor a sale to those that purchased items 24 hours before the start of the sale. Any purchases made outside of this time frame will not be honored.
Afterpay is a service that allows you to shop now and pay later in four installments made every two weeks without any interest.
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag, then check out as normal. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. If you’re a first-time customer, you’ll need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details. If you’re a returning customer, you’ll just log in as usual to make your purchase. It’s that easy!
